Steinunn Sigvaldadóttir was elected Chairman of the Board at Kadeco's Annual General Meeting held on June 8th 2020. Steinunn takes over the chairmanship from Ísak Örn Kristinsson, who remains on the board as vice chairman. Steinunn sits on Kadeco's board on behalf of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs. Einar Jón Pálsson takes a seat on the board on behalf of Suðurnesjabær, replacing Ólafur Þór Ólafsson. In addition to Steinunn, Ísak and Einar, the company's board consists of Elín Árnadóttir on behalf of Isavia and Reynir Sævarsson on behalf of Reykjanesbær.
